The LA REDOUTE + subscription service (the “Subscription”) is managed by LA REDOUTE SUISSE SA with a capital of CHF 2,000,000, having its registered office at rue de la Gare 13, 1820 Montreux, registered with the Registre du Commerce du Canton de Vaud under number CHE-106.841.381 (“LA REDOUTE”).

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE
These general terms and conditions of use (the “Terms of Use”) govern the implementation and operation of the Subscription available to any non-trading individual located in Switzerland or Liechtenstein who has subscribed to the La Redoute + Subscription (“You”).
Please note that professionals are expressly excluded from the Subscription.
By subscribing to the Subscription, You acknowledge that You have read and fully and unreservedly accept the Terms of Use.
ARTICLE 2 - SUBSCRIPTION
You can subscribe by ordering the Subscription on the www.laredoute.ch website, on the La Redoute mobile application subject to identification to your La Redoute customer account or after having opened a La Redoute account and by communicating all the useful information required for your Subscription. In particular, You authorize LA REDOUTE to retain the bank details of the means of payment used at the time of your subscription for the management of your tacit renewal Subscription, in accordance with article 5.
ARTICLE 3 - 30 DAYS OFFERED
LA REDOUTE may offer the Subscription free of charge on a trial basis for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of your subscription on the www.laredoute.ch website or on the La Redoute mobile application (the “Trial Offer”), provided that You have simultaneously placed an order for at least one product at the time of your subscription.
If you do not wish to continue your Subscription upon expiry of the Trial Offer, you may object to this until the day before the Trial Offer renewal date by clicking on the unsubscribe link accessible from your customer account in the La Redoute + space.
If you fail to do so before the Trial Offer expires, your Subscription will automatically continue for one (1) year, subject to payment of the Subscription fee
Subscription fees will be automatically deducted as described in article 8.
You may benefit from the Trial Offer only once and only if you have not unsubscribed from La Redoute + in the last twelve (12) months.
Unless otherwise specified, the Trial Offer is subject to the full Terms of Use.
LA REDOUTE reserves the right to cancel the Trial Offer or to modify the conditions thereof, at any time and without prior notice. Where applicable, any Trial Offer started will continue until its end under the conditions in force on the day of subscription.
ARTICLE 4 - BENEFITS
The Subscription entitles You to the following benefits (the “Benefits”):
4.1 Exemption from delivery charges on your orders
All orders placed with LA REDOUTE involve the payment of delivery charges.
Thanks to your Subscription, You no longer pay delivery charges, including for bulky items delivered to your home, whatever the amount of purchases invoiced and the number of items in your order.
4.2 Exclusive prices on products sold and shipped by LA REDOUTE
You can benefit from exclusive prices (the “La Redoute + Price”) during promotional campaigns specifically for You.
Products benefiting from the La Redoute + Price will be indicated with the La Redoute + logo.
The La Redoute + Price will be automatically applied in your shopping cart before finalizing your order.
The duration of promotional campaigns with exclusive La Redoute + prices will be specified on the website or application.
Products sold by third-party sellers cannot benefit from La Redoute + prices.
4.3 Using Benefits
The Advantages apply for the entire duration of your Subscription, for all orders placed by mail, telephone with identification to your La Redoute customer account, on the La Redoute mobile application or on the www.laredoute.ch website.
The Advantages are personal and nominative, and may only be used by You. They may not be transferred, sold, reimbursed, given in exchange for money or used for any purpose other than those expressly provided for in the Terms of Use.
ARTICLE 5 - DURATION
Your Subscription and the Advantages are activated immediately upon registration of your subscription and payment of the Subscription fee.
If you benefit from the Trial Offer, you may use the Advantages free of charge and without obligation from the start of the Trial Offer.
Your Subscription is valid for one (1) year from its activation date or, where applicable, from the expiry of the Trial Offer (the “Anniversary Date”).
Each year, no later than one (1) month before the Anniversary Date, You will be notified by email by LA REDOUTE of the expiration date and renewal conditions of Your Subscription.
You may object to the renewal of Your Subscription up until the annual expiry date of Your Subscription, by clicking on the unsubscribe link accessible from your customer account in the La Redoute + space.
In the absence of a response from you within the aforementioned period, Your Subscription will be automatically renewed for one (1) year by tacit agreement under the conditions and Benefits in force on that date.
ARTICLE 6 - TERMINATION
You can cancel your Subscription from your customer account in the La Redoute + space.
It is specified that a cancellation during the Subscription period is taken into account by LA REDOUTE at the time of the request, but will only be effective upon expiry of the Anniversary Date of your Subscription in accordance with article 5. Consequently, the Subscription fees already paid for the current year will not be refunded to You on a pro rata basis, as your Subscription remains effective until the expiry of the Anniversary Date.
In the event of termination of your Subscription, You will be informed by email of the end date of your Subscription and the associated Benefits. You will also receive an unsubscription confirmation email.
In the event of termination during the Trial Offer, this will be effective immediately and the Benefits of the Subscription will cease.
ARTICLE 7 - PRICE - PAYMENT
The subscription fee is twenty-four francs and ninety cents (CHF 24.90) per year.
Upon subscription, payment of the Subscription fee is made by credit card, PayPal, American Express or by invoice.
At each Anniversary Date, if You have not objected to the renewal of your Subscription before the deadline mentioned in article 5, the payment of the Subscription fees will be automatically debited from the payment method already registered by La Redoute for this purpose with your authorization, in compliance with the personal data policy.
In the event that the payment of the Subscription fees fails at the date of renewal of your Subscription due to the expiry of your payment method retained at the time of subscription, the deletion of the latter from your customer account, insufficient balance or any other reason, You authorize LA REDOUTE to deduct the amount of the Subscription fees via any other payment method associated with your customer account.
If LA REDOUTE is unable to deduct the Subscription fees for tacit renewal, your Subscription will not be renewed and You will no longer be able to benefit from the Advantages.
ARTICLE 8 - MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF THE LA REDOUTE + SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
The Subscription, the Advantages and the associated Conditions of Use may change or be modified by LA REDOUTE. You will be informed by email.
In the event of an additional advantage in your favor, it will be applicable immediately.
In the event of termination of the LA REDOUTE + Subscription service and/or one or more Advantages, You will be informed one (1) month in advance by email or post, depending on the method of communication chosen.
ARTICLE 9 - CUSTOMER ACCOUNT HACKING
If the customer account associated with your Subscription is hacked, it is your responsibility to report this to the dedicated customer service department as soon as possible. LA REDOUTE will then block the hacked account and invite you to create a new customer account. If necessary, your Subscription will be automatically reinstated.
ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. The competent court in the event of a dispute shall be that of the defendant's place of domicile, i.e. Montreux.
