    Disappointing

    After more than 6 months the sofa is quite disappointing. The seat is less qualitative than expected despite the bultex comfort option. The backs are too thin, and do not hold their shape well over time. In the convertible version the sofa started to creak after just a few days. The only positive point is that the convertible system is easy to use and the bultex mattress is suitable for occasional use.

    Hello, we thank you for your opinion and we are sorry that this product did not give you complete satisfaction. In use, the filling of the seat and back cushions tends to clump together, making the cushions "flat". Simply beat the cushions regularly to restore their plumpness. Regarding the squeaking, be careful not to force the mechanics of the bed. And for this it is important to remove sheets and blankets before folding the bed.
