Quality
Some natural materials are very fibrous and it is possible to observe pilling in the first weeks of use.: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the fluff as much as possible by hand and above all do not use the vacuum cleaner in brushing mode, this would have the effect of pulling the fibres and thus tearing them out. The pilling will improve over time.

    Good quality rug

    Bought this rug in sale for my sons bedroom, thick and soft great vibrant colour. Rated 4 stars before if it was full price it wouldnt have been great value for money as is small

    Cotton bedside rug

    I ordered 2 of these, 1 has just arrived. It is lovely and soft and the perfect size for my teenager's bedroom however, the webbing strip on the back is coming away at one end, I can see that it is glued on, I have decided that I will glue it back in place myself but, it shouldn't be like this. Quality control missed this. I can't comment on wear and tear yet.

    Colour not accurate

    I know that colours on screens vary but the rug is really nothing like the colour I expected, it's much more of a pale green. It will suffice for the small room I bought it for but beware of the colours on the photos not being particularly accurate.
