        Fall Apart

        Bought these pants as they were half price. Fitted well and done the job. Due to the price, I decided to get more and use them as everyday pants. Bought another 3 pairs. One of them, after one day of wear, came away at the outer side of the gusset and left an unsightly flapping piece of fabric. Got in touch with La Redoute. Offered a free replacement or refund if I send the faulty pants back. Opted for the replacement pants, thinking it was just a faulty pair. Within the time for the replacement pair of pants to arrive, the others have done the same. This happens as I am wearing the pants. Not washing and returning, as I don’t want the fabric/glue disintegrating in my wash and ruining my washing. No wonder they are selling them off at half price. I will be settling my account and closing my account. I will not tolerate faulty goods which are unfit for purpose.
