Cedak Rattan Cane Headboard, natural/black, LA REDOUTE INTERIEURS

My concerns when I ordered this were whether it would get damaged en route and whether it would be too flimsey....I need not have worried.

It was really well packaged and in perfect condition when it arrived.

The quality is excellent and the rattan is well secured at the edges of the frame so no 'picky' bits to come loose. I have no worries about it being easily damaged in normal use.

The only tiny unexpected detail was that the the weave of the rattan is bigger than I anticipated (coarser than that on old chairs for example) which makes the pattern stand out a bit more as my room is quite small.

Overall though, I'm delighted to have found something so much more stylish than everyone elses!

Great style lost a star as the weaving looks like it’s about to start unraveling in some places, a few dents in the wooden frame & an extra coat of black paint would have made it perfect closeup but from afar looks great & got it at a discount so no complaints.

This headboard is well made, fairly sturdy and looks great.

I've been looking for a new headboard for some time and this hit my brief perfectly. After reading other reviews I was a little concerned that it might be too big for my kingsize bed, however it's the perfect size.

Would have given 5 stars but there are a few small scratches on the black edge (not significant enough to justify a replacement).

And finally, it came really well packaged so no fear of being damaged in transit.

Good quality headboard.Delivery was good and kept notified all the way.Unfortunately, because its rattan, the colour can vary and it was too light in colour to match with my bedside tables.Collection was easy however and it is a lovely piece that I could only really find at La Redoute.

After waiting 4+ months for a similar headboard from another store and cancelling the order, I went for this headboard. This one was slightly pricier but it is absolutely worth it. Super fast delivery, sturdy structure without being too heavy and bulky to move into the room. You can tell from the details that this headboard is handmade and overall I’m just very impressed. Will use Laredoute in future!!
