    Product arrived late when I enquired about getting p&p refunded was told no - rug is not the same as on the website - circles are much larger and a whole circle of them missing - should have returned it but had company and needed a rug down for them

    Different from the picture

    The rug I received is a but different; it only has two rows of bigger circles as opposed to three rows of smaller circles as in the picture, which looks much nicer so I’m slightly disappointed. But as I bought it at a reduced price and it’s ultimately my doormat, I’m not that bothered.

    Disappointing Quality

    This rug arrived on 27 Jan 22. The colour does not look anything like the shade of the advertised rug and the circles are all of differing dark and light shades. The quality is also disappointing. I should return it but the packaging has been recycled. It has put me off buying any thing further from ReDoute.
