    No UK plug

    If La Redoute is exporting to the UK then electricals should be fit for purpose. This lamp has a fused european plug which cannot be removed or adapted without cutting the cable. The UK loose plug which was included could only be fitted by cutting the cable and rewiring, invalidating the guarantee. And for a lamp priced at £150 buyers should not be expected to rewire it! I've ordered an adaptor from Amazon and I am mot happy. I should get a refund for the cost of the adaptor.
