I went up a size because I have wide feet, it was the best decision I feel more comfortable. The heel peeled a little at the end the first day but it didn't continue fortunately. I hope it doesn't wear out quickly I'll see with time. I wouldn't wear them for a lot of walking like I did for the olympics I got small blisters. They look good and didn't get dirty as quickly as I hoped!
