Your customer account
Log on to your customer area and find all your information:
- Your personal details, which can be viewed and changed at any time.
- Your Newsletter preferences, don't forget to subscribe!
- Your social login to connect your social networks to your account.
- On the "Your orders" tab, you'll find all the details and status of your orders, as well as links to track your parcels and return labels.
- View your open balance, your payments and the latest movements on your account on the "Your account monitoring" tab. You can also make payments directly from this area.
Changing or cancelling an order
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, your orders leave our warehouses for preparation in less than an hour!
In most cases, it is difficult to make changes to your order, but you can always order new items online.
Once an order has been placed, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, your parcels will be handed over to our distributors and delivered. In this case, you will have to return the goods yourself (more information on free returns).
Our delivery conditions
We offer free delivery for orders over CHF 90! For lower amounts, delivery costs are CHF 6.90 per order.
La Redoute Switzerland only delivers to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
It is not possible to order items from the French site www.laredoute.fr with a Swiss delivery address.
There are several ways to have your order delivered:
- A votre domicile ou à l’adresse de votre choix
- At your home or at the address of your choice.
- By parcel signature: under certain conditions.
Please note: To make your receptions more secure, this service is available on request at no extra charge.
Our delivery times
At La Redoute, we believe in keeping our promises!
You will find an indicative delivery time for each item on each product sheet and in your basket.
Please note that Delivery times for items in the same order may vary. We will do our best to group your items in the same parcel.
If any changes need to be made, we'll let you know by email!
Our collections are successful, and sometimes you're prepared to wait to treat yourself. That's why we're offering you the chance to buy items that are currently being restocked. These items have an indicative delivery time of several weeks, so don't hesitate to order them! We dispatch them as soon as they are in stock.
Our logistics team does its utmost to guarantee you the shortest possible lead times, but these can vary depending on the period and peak times.
In order to offer you a quality delivery experience, we assign the best distributor to each parcel!
We currently have two partners for fashion and small items:
- We deliver with DPD!
- La Poste, our longstanding partner in Switzerland!
Download your return label
You can download your return label directly from your customer area, "Your orders" tab.
Select the order and then the parcel in question and download your label in PDF format.
You have 30 days to return your items, which is why return labels are only available in your customer area during this time.
Return your items free of charge
If your parcel weighs less than 30 kgs and is no larger than 80x60x60cm, you can return it free of charge to one of our parcel delivery partners: avec, K-kiosk, Press &Books.

Other return options
If your parcel weighs 30 kgs or less, you can drop it off at a Post Office counter. This service will be billed to you by the Post Office when you return your parcel.
You can also use La Poste's Pick@home service to save yourself the journey and time. You make your return request using the online form provided by La Poste. Your return will be picked up at your home or at the address of your choice, on the date you have scheduled. This service will be invoiced by La Poste at the time of the request. Returns of items delivered by our partners are at the customer's expense. Go to the "Our partners" menu for details and to organise your return.
Return and refund times
Return deadlines and conditions:
You have 30 days in which to make your returns once you have received your parcel. Returned items must be undamaged, complete and in their original packaging.
Please note that Damaged, soiled or worn items cannot be returned. In the event of one-off or abusive non-compliant returns, La Redoute reserves the right to refuse the returned items.
The method of reimbursement is identical to the one you chose when paying for your order.
If you have paid by invoice, the amount of your returns will be credited to your customer account. If the order was paid for by credit card, TWINT, Paypal or Postfinance, the amount of any returns made will be credited directly to your account within 3 working days of the return being registered.
Check-in times vary depending on the method of return and the period, but please allow a week on average.
How to prepare your parcel
Two options for finding your return label:
1- Download it from your customer area, "Your orders" tab.
2- Use the return label included in your parcel on the delivery note.
Preparing your parcel is easy!
1 - Print out the return label or take the one included in your parcel.
2 - Stick it over the shipping label of the original parcel.
3 - Close the pack tightly.
