        desteñido tras el primer lavado

        Compré el vestido porque el animal print me encantaba. Recién llegado era muy bonito, pero tras el primer lavado, del revés y siguiendo exactamente las instrucciones de cuidado, quedó totalmente desteñido. He intentado solicitar un cambio dentro del período de garantía, pero La Redoute me ha respondido que no procede. Muy decepcionada: el diseño era precioso, pero la calidad de la prenda no está a la altura.
