      Quality
       •  Wool is a warm and comfortable fibre. A wool rug is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator.

      Care instructions
       •  Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.
       •  For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush.
       •  Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth.
       •  Dry clean recommended.

        Perfect choice

        Beautiful wool rug. The colours are lovely and it fits perfectly in our living room. It does produce a lot of fluff but it’s to be expected I guess as it’s wool. Hoping that will pass.

        LOVE IT !

        ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT ! THE COLOURS ARE EXATLY WHAT I WAS HOPING FOR AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS I WAS A BIT SCEPTIBLE. ONLY WISH I HAD ORDERED A BIGGER SIZE .

        Well made, but colours are off

        The rug is much darker and colour are more muted than the pictures. Did t suit the space I wanted it for, so it will be returned. I think La redoute need to work on their photo editing, because another rug I bought has the exact same issue.

        Fab rug

        I LOVE this rug. It looks just as pictured - I was a little nervous because other reviews said the rug looked different than pictured online. However, my flat gets a lot of light during the day and it looks exactly the same as it does on the website. At dusk the colours become darker and the cream becomes slightly more grey-ish, so maybe the other reviewers had the rug in low-light rooms? Either way, it looks great and I am very happy. The rug is more shaggy than I thought, which is a bonus. Some sections have a few pieces that are slightly longer but it doesn't bother me as it is hand knotted compared to mass produced in a factory - I may just trim them with scissors.
