What is POWERPAY?
POWERPAY is a Swiss payment service provider specialising in invoicing.
POWERPAY belongs to MF Group, which is headquartered in Saint Gall, Switzerland.
How to pay using POWERPAY ?
Select “Payment by invoice” when choosing your method of payment, then follow instructions.
Our partner, POWERPAY, will then conduct an online verification, which may produce a negative result for several reasons, such as solvability, contradictory information or unpaid invoices with POWERPAY.
Payment of your invoices
The day after La Redoute ships your parcel, you will receive an email with a QR Invoice from POWERPAY.
Check your spams and add “no-reply@billing.powerpay.ch” to your contacts for your next purchases on La Redoute.
If you pay the invoice within the stated deadline, no additional costs will be charged.
After that, the outstanding amounts on invoices already received will be grouped together in a single account statement which will be sent to you by post at the start of the following month.
POWERPAY charges CHF 2.90 for sending this monthly statement. You can choose to receive this statement free of charge via email by modifying the method of reception on the POWERPAY web portal.
If you move house, don’t forget to change your billing address on the POWERPAY web portal (https://services.mfgroup.ch/de/selfservice/login?brand=powerpay) to continue receiving your monthly account statements.
Payment in monthly instalments
POWERPAY offers you the possibility of paying in instalments, especially for large purchases.
What is the POWERPAY web portal?
On the POWERPAY web portal, you will find all the transactions concerning invoicing, payment and refunds of your La Redoute orders.
You can also re-email an invoice to yourself.
Furthermore, you can:
- Provide notice of a change of address for your monthly invoices
- Change the method of reception for your invoices (NB: the charge for reception by post is CHF 2.90)
- Contest an invoice or contact POWERPAY support
How to access the POWERPAY web portal?
Access the POWERPAY web portal directly by clicking on “Manage my POWERPAY payment” in “Your orders” on your La Redoute customer account page.
You can also sign in by clicking on this link: https://services.mfgroup.ch/de/selfservice and entering your login details (email address associated with your account, account number and invoice number). You will find these on your POWERPAY QR-Invoice.
