        Rubbish service

        The trainers were absolutely great but the service from la Redoute was diabolical, twice i ordered size 10s twice they sent size 11. Also the trainers i returned was sent back as the origin box was damart so was the 2nd pair. Trying to get through to customer service was a no go twice waiting 15 each time. So no i would've use this computer again.

        Perfect fit

        It can be tricky finding a size 4.5 in Converse, so I was thrilled when I saw these in the sale. The fit well and were comfy straight away. That's one thing I love about Converse chucks, I never have to break them in or endure and initially rubbing on the heel; they are always comfy from day one.

        Good price, size guide wrong

        Great shoes, great price. Delivery a little slow, but OK given I knew at the outset. Only problem was their online size guide is wrong. UK size 7 is EU 40. (Their guide says 41.) I ended up with shoes half a size bigger than I intended, but luckily they are OK.
