        Lorsque j'ai ouvert le produit je n'ai pas du tout compris que le papier qui est dessus n'est pas un emballage mais le papier de finition. J'ai donc voulu le décoller car l'idée ne m'a même pas effleurée, tellement que c'est moche, que ce papier devait être laissé dessus et la suspension est telle quelle. Je ne peux donc pas renvoyer la suspension et je lève petit à petit ce papier. Je suis très déçue et c'est très cher pour ce que c'est.

        Qualité pas à la hauteur du prix

        Le produit est artisanal et ça se voit. Mais artisanat, ne veut pas dire qualité médiocre.

        L'article est à monter soi-même entre la fixation et l'abat-jour : très bien, sauf que la notice est très succincte et surtout les 2 trous dans lesquels viennent s'enfoncer la fixation ne sont pas bien en face l'un de l'autre. Résultat, la suspension est penchée une fois suspendue au plafond !

        Le papier est collé par dessus mais déborde par endroit sur le montant en bambou.

        Ca sent le façonnage vite fait et approximatif. Ce n'est pas normal vu le prix.

        Dommage...
