Luna Mini 3 Facial Cleansing Brush - FOREO

I connected my Luna with Foreo application and tried to find tutorials how to use device. And guess what, they charge for the user manual. The poor instructions that they put for free are so miserable that I`m afraid to use this product. I have never seen post sales support like this. User manuals and tutorials are free for every company. Only Foreo don't care if you end up with damaged face from. They only care about money!

So this is my last purchase because I feel used.

I love this mini Luna I use it every night before bed and every morning and it’s perfect when traveling it fits anywhere I’m obsessed!!!!

I was reluctant to use it since my skin is quite sensitive & acne prone but it was really mild on the skin. Initially, I noticed bumps for a day or two but it subsided fast and now the acne has actually reduced. It actually clears out the acne then the glow follows and skin is really smooth.

I bought the Luna mini 3 after losing my Luna mini 2 during travel. I absolutely loved my Luna mini 2. I bought the 3 thinking it would be a better version of the 2. It is not. The bristles are much softer which leaves my face not feeling as clean. And you have to use an app. I hate having to use an app! Why must everything be tied to our phones now? I want another mini with the ability to control without an app like the Luna mini 2

After my super success with the Luna 3, I decided to get the mini 2 for my son who was starting to develop a tiny bit of acne on his forehead. I chose the mini 2 because I didn’t want it to have anything to do w any app (I’m resisting getting him a phone) and I wanted him to be able to control it himself. He loved it and has been using it consistently for two weeks now, and any evidence of acne is entirely gone! It was such a huge success that I decided to get my niece one, as well. Her mom also limits access to cellphones, so it will be perfect for her, as well. I highly highly recommend the Luna Mini 2 for the tweens and teens in your life! I tell all my mom friends ;-). And look how pristine it remains in a boy shower…. Hah. Total win!

I have used my Foreo Luna mini 3 for weeks, I can recognise how great it is. Everyday I put my make up on and I use make up remover, face wash to wash out my makeup. But I still find some make up left on my face the when I put toner on my face with cotton pads. After using Luna mini 3, there wasn’t any makeup left on the cotton pad. Thanks Foreo for giving me a daily deep clean.

I bought this as a Christmas present for someone else and needed help with tracking the delivery. I received a personal and the kind of well explained response that I needed. Full marks for the customer service. I cannot comment on the product itself as I am not the user.
