The Tommee Tippee Penguin 2-in-1 Portable Night Light is a fantastic product with some really thoughtful features. One of the standout aspects for me is the dimmer, which offers a wide range of light variations. This makes it easy to find just the right brightness for different situations, whether it’s for bedtime or navigating around the house at night. The portable egg is another brilliant feature; its long-lasting battery means I can rely on it when needed without constantly worrying about recharging. However, there are a couple of areas where I think future designs could improve: 1. Indicator Light for Low Battery: While I appreciate having a notification when the battery is running low, the small indicator light remains on for about three days before the egg completely dies. While this is a thoughtful feature, it feels unnecessary for the light to stay on for so long. A five-minute indicator after use would suffice and save on unnecessary battery drain. 2. Egg Cannot Be Lit on the Penguin: It’s a bit puzzling that the egg cannot light up while sitting on the penguin base. This seems like a missed opportunity, as it would be useful to have the egg functional in its charging position. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall design is excellent, and the product is definitely worth the money. It’s practical, reliable, and has become a handy addition to our nighttime routine.

This light is amazing!!! The design is amazing a penguin lover myself. Durability is good can easily clean. Power source is easy usb. The egg is amazing for night time feeds in the dark portability is amazing highly recommend this product for new parents or even as a nightlight

I love this little penguin! The main base you can change the level of brightness on, it charges the small ball that sits on it, which then can be taken off and used as a portable light. The small ball has also got various brightness levels, making it perfect for little ones to use if they wake in the night to safely move around/come see us if they need us etc. Really impressed with this, will come in handy for our upcoming arrival too. Not only is it handy, it looks cute too! Win win!

Tommee Tippee 2-in-1 portable penguin night light, this is super cute my daughter is over the moon with this ,she’s only 2 and absolutely hates sleeping in the dark so this claim was perfect The light does plug into the mains and the penguin and egg lights up or you can unplug from the mains and the egg still lights up bright or you can press to dim My daughter carried it up to bed and slept with the egg part next to her pillow as the penguin and the egg are so soft ,I would definitely recommend this for anyone who’s little ones don’t like the dark .

This nightlight is so cute and my daughter loves it! She loves the little egg that comes off and she can carry it around lit up. I knocked a star off because weirdly the penguin and the egg do not come on together. It’s one or the other and also the egg stays on unless you have it plugged in and on. If the power is on it stays off. So the egg doesnt go off unless you have the power on. Which is backwards.

The lamo is amazing for my children, we love it so much, it’s very cute and beautiful. The portability is good for toddlers. The power is normal. The adjustability is normal The bright is good when the children are asleep.

I can’t tell you how much my little girl loves this. You can use the egg that has three different brightness options with a little button on top. The egg is removable to walk around with. When plugged in by usb the full penguin lights up! I am so so impressed and it’s also so pretty. I also love that it’s soft silicone!
