    Poorly made

    I was disappointed with the quality of this item - the fittings on the back were not screwed on straight meaning the coat rack couldn't be slotted onto the screws in the wall properly. They were also not flush with the wood, despite having an indent in the wood where the fixing should fit. I removed the fittings to reattach them properly and found the screws were rounded, so had to source replacement screws. If I had not already drilled the holes in the wall to affix the coat hook, I would have returned it. It does look fine on the wall now.
