        I bought a pair of MOAB 3 hiking shoes in March of this year, and I have to tell you about them. I'm a novice hiker and bought the shoes for a hiking trip to Utah's Big 5 National Parks. I hiked about 5-10 miles every day for 10 days, and these shoes' performance was outstanding. I expected my feet to be sore and potentially a little blistered, but that was not the case. They felt great after each day.

        The shoes are a little heavy, but I got used to the feel pretty quickly. Combined with a pair of wool hiking socks, their performance was excellent.\

        I'm not sure I will ever take on a more challenging 10 days; these shoes performance right out of the box was amazing.
