        Poor design

        Had to return due to hair being caught under the plates and pulled out from roots. Very disappointed, always use my GHDs and thought an upgrade would guarantee quality.

        I have had these just under a month and are really happy with the straighteners. I have had GHD straighteners before and updated mine after 5 years due to change in hair length.

        They support a smooth and shiny finish.

        One downside is the plug on the item. It is very slim and is difficult to unplug from the socket

        Not as good as expected

        Having used GHD for over 20 years when my

        Current pair have started to go on the blink I didn’t have any doubt I would replace with GHD. Thought I’d upgrade and treat myself to the platinum pair but very disappointed with them. They snag my hair every time I use them and don’t seem to get the slick style like my old pair did. The new sound seems cheap and the white casing material not as nice as I had expected. I also am not happy with the size of the plates as unable to get as close to the root with these. Considering sending back just unsure whether to purchase the originals or go to someone else altogether.
