        Envío de talla equivocada y no resuelven el error

        Pedí unos calcetines de la talla 15-18 y en el cartón de los calcetines ponía esa talla pero al abrir el paquete los calcetines marcaban talla 19-22. Llamé a atención al cliente para que me solucionaran el problema y dijeron que como el embalaje estaba abierto no podían hacer nada. Me parece alucinante que no solucionen un error suyo, porque no fue una equivocación mía al pedir la talla sino que la talla estaba mal puesta y no correspondía la talla de los calcetines con la del embalaje.
