        Article livré sans fixations

        Cette lampe est très belle de visuel mais livré sans fixation et cela n'est indiqué nulle part, il y a bel et bien une rosace mais sans patte d'accroche

        Est ce normal ? quand vous achetez une voiture, manque t'il le volant ?

        Le SAV n'a rien voulu savoir sous prétexte que le délais de 30 j pour le renvoi avait été dépassé, c'est une honte au vu de tout ce que j'achète pour ma chambre d'hôte sur vote site
