Good shoe for running especially as a beginner, only tip nobody told me about at the start is to 100% size up half a size to give room in toe box, as my usual size for these was too small in the toe box for running, when I bought half a size up it was perfect and they are just as snug as they were before, just more room in the toe box. Good ventilation throughout the shoe as the front and sides are covered in soft mesh like material. No complaints
