I use my timberland boots when I want to make an impression there really easy to style . All around great boots soles could use a bit more cushion other than that there's not much cons to these amazing boots

I purchased Tims for my 17 year old nephew, that is going into his senior year. He has struggled most of his teen life in finding shoes that fit. he wears a size 16 (EEE) and is always disappointed cause he has had to wear older mens shoes with no style. He always dreamed of wearing a cool pair of Tims, but didn't know he could fit them. I checked the website and the first pair we ordered was too big. We were ecstatic! I sent back the first pair, ordered the second pair, and they fit perfectly. Timberland refunded my first pair, with no problem. Best experience/customer service ever, and now my nephew will have a great senior year and a forever shoe company.

The tongue on one of the boots has a cut in the leather. I did not notice this when I was looking at them in the Timberland store, I discovered this defect when I got them home. The cut appears to have been done by a razor, it is noticeable and deep. This is the second time I have purchased a premium pair of boots from Timberland and had to return them because of a defect. This was not the case in the past, quality was excellent. Today it seems that the quality of the premium boots is hit or miss. I will be returning this pair to the Timberland store that I purchased them from for a refund.
