Terms and conditions of delivery

Delivery deadine: can vary according to product type, please refer to the product page on our website and app.

Delivery fees: La Redoute own delivery fees apply, please refer to our service page or to our Terms & Conditions.

Our partner delivers the items directly by the date indicated on our website. For items weighing more than 30kg, the carrier will contact the customer. Deliveries are made to the main entrance. The assembly of furniture items or removal of old furniture is not possible.

Deliveries cannot be made to locations where access is difficult (Zermatt, Saas-fee, Riederalp, Wengen, etc.)

How to return an item

Deadline for returns: 14 days

Returns: At your cost

Returns policy: Items must be returned intact, complete and in their original packaging. Note: damaged or soiled items or items which have been worn cannot be returned. In the case of non-compliant returns whether one-off or repetitive, the partner reserves the right to refuse the returned items. In the event of a dispute with the partner, please contact La Redoute.

Preparing your package: Please enclose the delivery slip or indicate your order number on the package.

Adress for returns: Please contact the partner directly for the return details.

Refunds: You will be refunded by the same method you chose when paying for your order. If you paid by invoice the amount refunded will be credited to your customer account.

If you paid for your order by credit card, TWINT, Paypal or Postfinance, the amount of the refund will be credited directly to the respective account within three working days after the return has been registered.
