        Slightly annoyed

        I've worn Dr Martens for years, and they have always been so comfortable. After watching a programme on TV recently about how they are made in UK, and the fact that most of the tread is worn off of mine, I decided to buy a new pair. Very fast delivery, but when placed against my old pair, they look about half a size bigger, and although stating that they are size 8, thicker socks need to be worn. They are also made in China.
