        Sent the wrong shoe size

        Ordered a pair of shoes to treat myself for my birthday. Was very excited when they arrived to find the wrong size was sent. Called customer service to request the right size to be sent. Was told I had to purchase another pair on the phone, and they will send it out, and to return the other pair. Did not have anymore money to buy a second pair. Only other option was to return the shoes, wait several weeks for the right pair to be sent back. So unfortunate. Now I am just returning all together for a refund. First tome using this company, and never again. Waist of time and effort. Thanks for the headache. Will just keep to more reputable companies going forward

        I have these in white and black now! They are so comfy and don’t need any wearing in. They are a great substitute if you can’t or don’t want to wear heals anymore as the height can make them smart or casual.
