        Bought this bag on sale, good price!

        But I’m quite disappointed with this purchase. After placing the order, I didn’t receive any email or message regarding collection details or next steps.

        I had to go onto the official website myself just to check the tracking information and figure out what was happening with my order. This shouldn’t be necessary—basic updates and collection instructions should be provided automatically.

        Overall, the lack of communication really affected my experience. I hope this can be improved for future customers.
