      Review Summary

ARIZONA double-strap mules are especially praised for their remarkable comfort, solid quality and classic, neat design. The fit is generally considered true to size, with good everyday support, and the overall look is also appreciated for its elegance and versatility. A few customers note that the fit is a little narrow.

        Birkenstock mules

Really disappointed as my Birkenstocks didn't arrive in an original box just a plain brown cardboard box..I emailed yourselves to ask why , they said original box was damaged. I would of preferred it damaged than not at all, very surprised with laredoute being a reputation company..

Hi Jane, I'm sorry to hear your Birkenstocks were received in a brown box because the original box was damaged in transit. We appreciate your feedback. I know this is frustrating. When a manufacturer's box is damaged, items may be repackaged to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure it's shared with the relevant team. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. Thanks

        Incorrect description

Unfortunately I’ve now returned these as they were not as described. “Narrow fit” arrived with box not in good condition. Disapointing.

        Damaged packaging

The packaging was badly damaged and the incorrect size shoes were sent and inside the box they hadn’t been packed nicely- undone buckles etc
