    Misleading description of size

    I received this item over a week late due to delays in delivery. When it did finally arrive, it was a different size form that on the item description, meaning that it doesn't fit the space. It is also a very loose weave making it look like a rumpled rag on the floor. I am returning it due to the incorrect sizing but even if it was the correct size, I would have returned it due to the disappointing quality.

    Fabulous stylish rug

    I absolutely love this rug. It looks good in the photos but it looks even better in real life. It fits perfectly the room and is very stylish. It goes well with so many colours and styles of decor.

    Barely resembled the online image

    I had wanted to purchase this rug for quite a while and was elated when it was priced at a level I could afford. However I was shocked when I received it as it was far from what I thought it was and instead of the chic rug I thought it would be it was chunky, rough and the design was far from what I thought it would and did not match my bedroom at at all.

    I was so disappointed and annoyed I immediately gave it away to a family couple who had just moved into their first flat.

    Not the first time Le Redoute has fooled me with an online image they also did it with a flat sheet that was fully pattern on both sides on the image shown but on receipt was only fully pattern on one side. They did offer me discount on my next purchase it seemed such a complicated process I gave up trying to pursue it

    I dislike being totally negative about any company so I will add their dispatch and delivery was amazingly quick and to be commended but I suggest anyone purchasing should be careful about their online images before purchasing.
