      Ultra firm, 7-zone, 672-pocket spring mattress: each pre-compressed spring works independently delivering zoned support. It helps reduce motion transfer, with lasting shape retention over time.
      This mattress is made in France by La Redoute Interieurs, expert designers of bedding.

       •  Winter side: wool (300 g/m2) + polyester wadding (200 g/m²) + 9 mm polyether foam (density 17kg/m3)
       •  Bi-ome ® biocidal anti-mite treatment. The active substance is Dimethyloctadecyl [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl] ammonium chloride.

        Lamentable expérience Extrêmement mou, 6 semaines avant le remplacement du matelas Le nouveau matelas est pas beaucoup mieux, comment peut on avoir une telle différence sur des mêmes matelas Qualités et finitions médiocre même le nouveau matelas l’étiquette indiquant les faces a été cousu à l’envers Et on veut nous faire croire que c’est fabriqué en France Je doute que les deux matelas que j’ai commandé dureront . Enfin service client délocalisé en Côte d’Ivoire c’est lamentable, on vous appelle à 21h?! Je sature de cette société toxique

        Bonjour, Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et sommes sincèrement désolés que ce produit n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Suite à votre avis, nous avons procédé à une vérification du produit dans notre stock. L’odeur à laquelle vous faites référence correspond à celle des matériaux utilisés dans la fabrication du produitn. Celle-ci est parfaitement normale. Le produit ayant été confiné dans son emballage depuis l’usine jusqu’à votre domicile, il est normal de constater une odeur à l’ouverture du colis. Cette odeur disparait pourtant au bout de quelques jours après en aérant bien le produit. Nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée. N’hésitez pas à contacter notre service SAV si vous avez des questions sur votre produit. À bientôt chez La Redoute !
