        Chargeback

The trunk arrived defective. I had to pay for printing the label and Evri didn't come. They do not have the capacity to collect big parcels. They sent me a message saying the item might be lost. The item has never been collected. I called you and you sent me a royal mail link. I told you the page said only small and medium size parcels were accepted, you ignored this. I called you again and the operator proposed evri again ignoring what I was saying. Then closed the call pretending not hearing me. I am not left with any other alternative but a chargeback.

Disappointing Hardware Damage Despite Nice Design

I really liked the colors and the size of the Metal Trunk I bought. It looked great and fit perfectly for my needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the hardware, especially the handles, was all scratched up despite the trunk being new. That quality issue is a big letdown. Overall, okay product but not worth the price due to the damaged hardware. 2 stars.

Not in great condition on arrival

Nice trunks, but have several dints which spolis them somewhat.

I absolutely love these, they’re as gorgeous as the image online. They’re in my bedroom on the Indian bed that I also bought and they look fabulous.
