        Lovely rug

        I ordered two of these rugs and so far I’m really pleased with them. I love jute rugs and these have the added detail that make them look a little different.

        Falling apart after 4 months

        I really like this rug, but it’s starting to fall apart after 4 months. Got this in December ‘23 and we noticed a few weeks backs some joins that looked a bit dodgy. In one area it’s completely frayed and so there’s a pretty big hole, and a few areas where it looks like the same thing will happen soon. Have contacted Customer Service to see what my options are.
