        Une des housses ne comporte pas de toucan, que du feuillage. C'est précisément la présence du toucan qui m'avait séduit.

        Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et sommes sincèrement désolés que ce produit n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes.

        Sur ce produit, les motifs ne sont pas placés, c'est à dire que la coupe du tissu se fait aléatoirement et chaque produit devient donc unique. Lors de la coupe suivie du montage du produit, il se peut qu'un toucan n'apparaisse pas sur la taie d'oreiller.

        Suite à votre avis, nous avons procédé à un contrôle qualité de nos produits en stock. Nous avons vérifié plusieurs produits et majoritairement, le toucan est bien présent sur les taies d'oreillers.

        Nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée et n'hésitez pas à contacter notre service client pour trouver la meilleure solution (échange etc)
