        Broken on arrival!

        As soon as I unwrapped it I could see that the zip was broken. Really poor quality control to have sent out an item in this condition. The design was lovely, however, the leather was very stiff, not the buttery soft leather that I was expecting from a quality designer handbag so I'm not sure I'd have kept it anyway, even if it wasn't damaged.
