        Produit non livré et non remboursé

        Bonjour, vous avez livré mon produit dans le mauvais point relais. J'ai contacté le transporteur qui était sensé modifier le point relais. Après plusieurs jours, le transporteur m'a finalement informé que le produit avait été retourné à la Redoute. J'ai contacté le SAV La Redoute qui m'a informé que j'allais être remboursé, mais ça n'est toujours pas le cas après plus d'1 mois
