    Disappointing, cheap look

    I bought this item after reading the bad reviews, saying it was not worth the money. They were RIGHT. This rug is way over priced. Its cheap look is very disappointing. I only kept it as my 14 y/o really liked it.

    Sent a thin, cheap, scratchy rug!!

    I ordered a thick, plush, white rug.

    What arrived couldn’t be less like the rug I ordered! They sent me an awful, thin, scratchy, hessian material, striped rug!!?!!?

    Now I have the hassle of returning it!

    This reminds me why shopping online is such a disaster with some companies. Nothing but an absolute inconvenience & disappointment.

    Terrible quality for price

    the price is obviously bumped up from its actual value and then they offer the 40% reduction and think getting bargain. What you are actually getting is a terrible quality item not even worth the reduced amount. This is the 3rd rug I have returned and I will now stop buying.
