        Good value Blanket

        The colour was slightly darker than expected and not as soft as I had hoped. I was running out of options trying to find a wool blanket for a king size bed; as this was a good price I will be keeping it. It's a nice weight for chilly evening over the duvet.

        Smells even when washed

        All the stuff I bought from this company is really bad even this product. It really smells even when washed. Makes the whole house smell and is not soft.

Regarding the smell of the blanket, please note that we pay particular attention to our products. Our blanket is made from 100% sheep's wool. As this is a natural product, there may be a slight odor. We recommend airing it out for a few days, and the odor will naturally fade. You can also wash it on the wool or delicate cycle (30°C) of your washing machine and use a special wool detergent.         first time with La Redoute

        Wow, what can I say to descibe just how happy I am with the Romu Wool Blanket.

        It's everything I hoped for and a great product for the price, I was looking at other blankets that were a little narrower than this one, but am so delighted that the blanket covers our bed with enough to keep me warm when my wife takes most of it over to her side.

        Excellent purchase - will definately keep La Redoute in my favorites

        Lovely large wool blanket

        I bought the largest size so it would comfortably fit a king size bed. Very hard to find large wool blankets in the uk without costing a fortune. Quite light and very warm. A little scratchy so I use it between layers, lovely to sleep under. The sheepy smell goes after a couple of days.

        Great Blankets!

        Just the job! French 100% pure wool thick blankets, really warm & cosy for winter nights. As a bonus as far as my nose is concerned there is no “sheepy” smell that others have complained about!

        Natural Wool Blankets

        Really beautiful natural blankets. I bought one of each colour and love both. They are warm, beautifully made and natural fibres. The woolly sheep smell evaporates quickly and to my mind they are utterly beautiful. Would buy again and thoroughly recommend.
