        "Chère Cliente, Cher Client, merci pour votre avis. À la suite de votre commentaire, nous avons procédé à un sondage produit dans nos stocks qui ne nous a pas révélé d'absence de notice. Le tuyau de raccordement gaz n'est pas livré avec la plancha. Vous le trouverez dans le commerce local. .
