        Très déçue de cette couette effet duvet. Le garnissage interieur n’est pas de bonne qualité, il fait des boules et laisse des endroits sans matière.

        Déçu par le niveau de finition

        Malgré la très belle apparence du produit j'ai dû le retourner.

        Je ne sais pas comment La Redoute stocke ce type de produits, mais en le déballant une odeur de renfermé s'en est échappé (ça sentait vraiment "la cave"), ça m'a vivement gêné.

        De plus, la couette ne présentait aucune étiquette indiquant la marque AM.PM, ni même La Redoute. Aucun logo ne figurait sur la valisette, ça aurait pu être un produit lambda acheté sur un déballage au marché... Seule une étiquette de rien du tout indiquait quelques informations succinctes.

        À ce niveau de prix, j'estime qu'on se doit de rassurer un peu le client ainsi que de le choyer en apposant un logo.

        Malgré un gonflant exceptionnel, c'est vrai (en mode nuage), le produit ne m'a pas paru assez chaud. Peut-être qu'un grammage plus élevé m'aurait été utile (pourtant ma chambre est chauffée).
