    Different colour to the pillowcases

    I ordered the duvet cover and two pillow cases. Quality is what you would expect for the price but the duvet is a completely different colour to the pillow cases despite ordering them all in the same colour and the packaging saying they are all the same. They really clash together.

    Colour not as described, too big

    I had high hopes for this as it was expensive. Sadly the colour is not as described, it's navy. This king size duvet cover is bigger than king size by nearly a ft (I checked that they sent me a king size) which leaves it feeling uncomfortable baggy. After one wags was pretty rough to sleep on.

    I ordered a duvet colour in grey-green and was so pleasedf with it, I ordered another. But this time grey-green is grey!! Here they are - a pillow case in the right colour and the duvel colour in the wrong colour, both labelled grey-green. What to do??
