Scenario Plain 100% Washed Cotton Pillowcase - LA REDOUTE INTERIEURS

The material is not even 200 thread, which would be very basic but will ensure certain quality.

It is 100, the cotton is rough to the skin and doesn’t even fit properly.

These pillowcases I have bought before and very good, these are replacements for the ones I bought several years ago, Good quality and washes well.

Great quality lovely colour really pleased

I bought these pillow cases to match a duvet cover I had previously purchased from la redoute edout.

The colour is a lovely soft denim blue which go's with lots of items in my bedroom.

My only criticism is that they do come up a little bigger than my other standard pillow cases. Maybe French bedding is slightly larger. Still love them though.

Material is really soft. Haven’t washed yet so we’ll se how they are after that. Started with duvet covers but ended up buying a whole set.

Used for the first time last night and this was nice to sleep on; it’s not scratchy and has a thicker feel to it then some cottons.

Haven't used or washed this pillowcase yet but not too worried as I've used other LaR pillowcases before. Felt it was good value for the lovely natural materials, but I'm disappointed that no proper guidance was given re: the 'Chalk' colour I picked. I'm sure most people would think Chalk is white, like you would use to write on a blackboard. But in this case it's a sort of natural beige so if your colour scheme is cool tones or monochrome, avoid the Chalk colour! Doesn't seem worth returning it and trying to reorder white.

Really love these pillowcases, lovely soft washed cotton with that cool shabby chic look that has that slightly creased linen look. Nice stitching at edges too and a georgous khaki green colour. Musty smell when took out the packaging which was off-putting but washed nice, lovely and soft to lay your head on!
