        Qualitativ schwach, nicht gemütlich

        Optisch schön, billige harte Polsterung, nicht gemütlich:

        Ehrlich gesagt bin ich enttäuscht. Der Sessel mit Fußhocker ist teuer, da hätte ich eine deutlich bessere Polsterung erwartet. Der Sessel ist sehr hart und man fühlt den billigen Schaumstoff. Besonders das Kopfteil ist sehr hart, weswegen man sehr ungemütlich mit einem Rundrücken im Sessel sitzt. Die Farbe des grünen Leinens ist dagegen sehr schön. Der Stoff selbst wirkt auf mich aber nicht sehr hochwertig.

        Ich weiß noch nicht, ob ich den überteuerten Sessel mit Fußhocker behalte.

        Der Kundenservice war eine Katastrophe! Keine fachliche Frage konnte beantwortet werden. Weder zur Qualität des Stoffes (Martindale Lichtechtheit, Pilling-Effect), noch zur Verfügbarkeit des Hockers in einem anderen Stoff ( ich hätte beides gerne in Natté dunkelkhaki gehabt). Die Antworten wirkten uninteressiert und unprofessionell. Bei La Redoute ist man völlig auf sich allein gestellt und kauft eine "teure Katze im Sack".

        Toller Stuhl – enttäuschender Service

        Der Stuhl (und die dazugehörige Fußstütze) sind von hervorragender Qualität. La Redoutte hingegen war beim Versand eine Katastrophe. Zuerst schickten sie mir statt des Stuhls ein Sofa. Dann stornierten sie die Abholung des Sofas ohne Benachrichtigung. Ich hatte das Sofa fast einen Monat lang in einem Karton in meinem Zimmer stehen, bevor sie es schließlich abholten, als sie mir den richtigen Stuhl lieferten.
