        Oval jute rug. One great, one not great

        I purchased two of the Oval jute rugs within a couple of months of each other. The first was great, The second received July 24 is not of the same quality. It hasn’t been sewn / whipped incorrectly and already has loose tufts everywhere and that is in a low foot traffic area. It won’t be long until the thread breaks and the rug has holes. I have contacted customer services a couple of days ago and as yet I haven’t received a response.

        Beautiful rug

        I have been eyeing this rug up for a while, bought on sale in the end, so got a really good price. It’s lovely - just what I wanted to the living room, under the coffee table.
