    Poor quality

    Very disappointed with this purchase, I sold my old rug ready to refresh and am so disappointed to find the difference in quality. Very thin and cheap compared to the old style. Now wishing I hadn't sold the old one!

    Shockingly poor quality !!

    An absolute disaster of a rug !! Looks and feels cheap, very poorly constructed using poor quality material, and It started breaking within few weeks of very light use, it's basically falling appart with thread/fibers comming off from everywhere !!

    A thick luxurious rug

    I bought this rug for my daughters bedroom and being a teenager is hard to please!!! But she absolutely loved it!!! It’s a lovely addition to her bedroom and is thick with a fab design which fits into her room perfectly.

    Lovely rug

    Lovely rug, just like the pictures and good value as I purchased in the sale. Also good customer service and prompt delivery especially during these times. My only problem is I ordered too small and didn’t keep the packaging to return and order next size up! :)
