        Bon Design, bon tissus mais la mousse s'affaisse

        Dans l'ensemble le canapé correspond au descriptif, les matériaux sont de bonne facture sauf pour la mousse de garnissage. En effet après moins de 2 mois d'utilisation, l'assise n'est plus plate, le tissus commence à "nager" car la mousse ne reprend pas son volume. C'est un peu dommage pour du made in France et le prix. Je me demande ce que ça va évoluer avec le temps

        Bonjour, nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et sommes sincèrement désolés que ce produit n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Sachez que l'assise de ce canapé a été testé sur 80 000 cycles sans modification de confort. La fine couche de ouate créant l’accueil de l’assise peut effectivement se déformer à l’utilisation, il suffit de passer la main afin que celle-ci reprenne sa place et retendre le tissu. Si ce n’est pas le cas, la détérioration de celle-ci est donc anormale et nous vous invitons à formuler une demande de SAV sur votre Espace Client en ligne, pour la prise en charge de votre produit.
