    Good design, good fabric but the foam sags

    Overall the sofa corresponds to the description, the materials are of good quality except for the foam filling. Indeed after less than 2 months of use, the seat is no longer flat, the fabric begins to "swim" because the foam does not regain its volume. It's a bit of a shame for something made in France and the price. I wonder what it will change over time

    Hello, we thank you for your comment and are sincerely sorry that this product did not meet your expectations. Please note that the seat of this sofa has been tested on 80,000 cycles without any change in comfort. The thin layer of wadding creating the seat's support can actually deform during use, just run your hand over it so that it returns to its place and tightens the fabric. If this is not the case, the deterioration of the fabric is therefore abnormal and we invite you to make an after-sales service request on your online Customer Area, for the support of your product.
