      Review Summary

Lemon-coated cotton tablecloth, much appreciated for its bright, decorative design, natural textile look and supple material. It is easy to clean, with a practical water-repellent coating for everyday use, and is also suitable for outdoors. Some customers, however, find it too thin, with noticeable creases and uneven finish quality.

        Lovely new tablecloth

Good quality material, can be wiped easily, but still looks like fabric rather than plastic. The print is lovely and summery. Bright but not too much, the colours are subtle and look amazing in j'y conservatory table.

        Bit disappointing, to be honest

Purchased this without actually seeing one first, and was expecting something reasonably similar to the cotton-based wipe-clean tablecloth we already owned from Habitat. Sadly though, whereas the Habitat one is very thick and still looks perfect at a year old, this one from La Redoute feels thin, flimsy and poor quality. It does look nice, and is waterproof, but seems to mark easily if you put anything heavy on the table. It is far too thin to offer the table any protection whatsoever: only by doubling it up with another tablecloth could we feel it was even vaguely likely to protect the surface.

How to Find the Perfect Tablecloth Size?

Measure your table, including any extensions if applicable.

For a square or rectangular table: add 50 cm to both the length and width to allow for a 25 cm drop on each side.

For a round table: add 50 to 60 cm to the diameter of your table.

If you do not know your table dimensions, you can choose your tablecloth size based on the shape of your table and the number of guests:

      Square tables
Number of guests Recommended tablecloth dimensions
      4 150x150 cm / 170x170 cm
      4 to 6 170x170 cm
      Rectangular tables
Number of guests Recommended tablecloth dimensions
      4 150x150 cm / 170x170 cm
      4 to 6 150x200 cm / 170x200 cm
      6 to 8 150x250 cm / 170x250 cm
      8 to 10 150x300 cm / 150x350 cm / 170x300 cm / 170x350 cm

Number of guests Recommended tablecloth dimensions
