      Quality Info
       •  Wool is a warm and comfortable fibre. A wool rug is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator.

      Care Advice
       •  Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.
       •  We advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush.
       •  Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth.
       •  Dry clean recommended.

        Produit chaleureuxdonnant un très beau rendu final

        Produit avec un beau rendu.

        Cependant légère impression que ce ne sont pas les mêmes bains mais une fois disposés avec les meubles dessus, on l'oublie.

        Beau tapis mais perte de poil !

        Il est moderne et élégant. Par contre il perd beaucoup de poils il n en remplis la maison. J espère que ça va s arrêter bientôt!

        Bonjour, nous vous remercions pour votre avis et sommes désolés que ce produit ne vous ait pas donné entière satisfaction. Comme nous l'indiquons dans notre fiche produit, ce tapis a une matière très fibreuse, ce qui a pour conséquence d'un boulochage lors des premières semaines d'utilisation. Rassurez-vous, rien d'anormal car le tapis « débourre » en rejetant ses excédents de fibres. Retirez les peluches autant que possible à la main, et n’utilisez pas l’aspirateur en mode brossage. Ceci s'estompera au fil du temps.
