        Disappointing

        The placemats are not oval as shown but round. The quality and the colours are largely inferior to what is depicted online. I am sending straight back.

        TOO BIG for our table

        These are big, bright and cheerful. My husband said they looked like sombreros. Our table is 80x135 and they just looked too big so I returned them.

        These placemats were a nostalgic purchase for me. I come from South America where this kind of straw crafting is very popular. When I received them They brought memories from home, the design and colours added an instant festive touch to my table. Although they are bigger than normal placemats they are comfortably roomy and make the table look really nice!
