        Durant les semaines d'attente le service client me disait toujours de ne pas m'inquiéter, sans argument autre que la "méthode Coué". Ce n'est qu'après la date de livraison passée que l'on m'a dit que le colis avait disparu. Autres informations illogiques de la part du service client pour le remboursement, bref, j'avais choisi La Redoute pensant que l'ancienneté de l'entreprise était la garantie de fiabilité, mauvaise intuition. Le service client mielleux qui ment pour se débarrasser des problèmes c'est inadmissible.
