      Care Advice
       •  Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is normal, because the carpet "bursts" by rejecting its excess fibres. Remove lint as much as possible by hand and definitely do not use the vacuum cleaner in brushing mode because this has the effect of pulling the fibres and tearing them out.. The pilling will improve over time.
       •  We advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much, always without using the brush.
       •  Remove stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth.
       •  Dry clean recommended.

        poor quality

        I bought this rug a few months ago - it looks nice but of very poor quality, it has not stopped shedding and bubbling since I got it - I can understand a bit of shedding at first but not to this point (3 months on)

        I have to hoover it every day as it is by the sofa and any foot steps on it leaves a trace.
I am very disappointed with this and would not recommend it to anyone.

        Gorgeous rug

        Love this rug! The fringing adds just the right of subtle detail and texture. The ivory is darker than expected but matches our other furniture well. Very pleased with the quality and size for the price.

        So lush and chic

        The color is even better and person and it’s so so soft under your feet. It goes PERFECTLY in my space and the quality is top tier. It does shed but the description warns that this will happen for the first few months. Also came super fast and was able to choose my delivery window super easily
